Frequently Asked Questions

  • SALT offers a thoughtfully curated mix of barre, strength, sculpt, and restore-style classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. Our schedule includes low-impact muscle toning, athletic conditioning, mobility and flexibility work, and recovery-based offerings like restore and specialty workshops. Every class is intentionally programmed to challenge you while remaining accessible and supportive — whether you’re brand new or a longtime client.

If you’re looking for more individualized attention, we also offer small group personal training through SALT Circuit — a more personalized, strength-focused experience in an intimate setting.

  • Welcome. We’re so glad you’re here. If you’re new to SALT (or getting back into a routine), we recommend starting with one of our classic barre or strength-based classes. They’re intentionally programmed to be approachable while still offering a meaningful challenge. Our instructors provide thoughtful cueing and modifications, so you can move at your own pace and feel supported from the start.

If you prefer a more personalized introduction, SALT Circuit — our small group personal training — is also a wonderful place to begin.

  • SALT is more than a workout — it’s a thoughtfully designed space where strength, balance, and community come together. Our classes are intentionally programmed, never random, and built to support long-term wellness rather than quick fixes.

We prioritize smart movement, strong fundamentals, and a welcoming environment where women at every stage of life feel supported. The energy is warm, never intimidating. The work is challenging, but sustainable.

At SALT, we’re not just building stronger bodies — we’re cultivating balance that carries into everyday life.

  • Not at all. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to movement, returning after time away, or looking to build on an established routine, our instructors provide clear guidance and thoughtful modifications throughout class.

We believe strength and wellness should feel accessible — not intimidating. You can expect to be challenged, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.

  • Bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in. For barre classes, grip socks are recommended for stability and safety (we have them available for purchase if you forget).

We provide all equipment — just arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and meet your instructor. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • We offer several membership options to support different schedules and goals. Our Unlimited Membership is perfect for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the SALT experience and build a consistent routine.

For a balanced approach, SALT 8 (eight classes per month) and SALT 4 (four classes per month) provide structure and flexibility while helping you stay committed.

If you’re not quite ready to commit to a monthly membership, we also offer class packages that allow you to move at your own pace.

Not sure which option is right for you? We’re always happy to help you choose the best fit.
